New Eagle Scout at Sacred Heart Parish

CICERO — On Sunday, Aug. 16, Luke DiPirro, the son of Patrick and Toni DiPirro, was inducted as an Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Boy Scouting, at Sacred Heart Parish in Cicero, N.Y.

DiPirro, a parishioner of Sacred Heart, completed his Eagle Scout project, which involved planning and supervising the building of a family shuffleboard court at Williams Beach on Lakeshore Road in Cicero.  DiPirro’s grandfather donated the beach property to the town of Cicero, which is why the scout selected that location.

Pictured are Father Richard P. Prior, Jr., pastor of Sacred Heart Church; Eagle Scout Luke DiPirro; and his parents, Toni and Patrick DiPirro, following the Eagle Scout ceremony.
