Religious congregations to offer day of discernment for women

Women 18 years and older are invited to spend a day focusing on their hopes, dreams, and what their innermost heart feels called to do during a Day of Discernment, Sunday, June 10 from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Christ the King Retreat Center, 500 Brookford Rd., Syracuse.

Presentations will focus on how to listen to your heart as your ponder your dreams. Participants will have an opportunity to enjoy conversations and lunch with women of faith, including Catholic sisters.

The daylong event is a collaborative project of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities, Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet, Daughters of St. Mary of Providence, and the Missionary Franciscan Sisters.
