HOLY CROSS SCHOOL HOSTS AFRICAN-AMERICAN READ IN: Students at Holy Cross School gathered in the school library on Monday, March 9 to listen to stories written by African-American writers. The presentation was arranged through the Reading and Language Arts Division of the School of Education at Syracuse University. Holy Cross extended its observation of Black History Month into the month of March this year and hopes to make the celebration of African-American literacy a traditional part of their annual celebration.
