Immaculate Conception School in Fayetteville participated in Catholic Schools Week with song and prayer.

At a Mass at IC Church, each class from kindergarten through sixth grade was represented in the readings, the bearing of gifts and the altar serving. Msgr. Ronald C. Bill and Father Thomas J. Ryan concelebrated the Mass. Three students gave a reflection on how special Catholic education is to them. The IC School Choir sang a special song after Communion, and an open house at the school was held after the Mass.

Also, the school prayed the Living Rosary with the sixth grade class leading the prayer. Each bead is represented by students from kindergarten to sixth grade. Parents and families were invited to join the prayers, and the IC School Choir, conducted by music teacher Maria Constantine, sang a special song.
