Friday, March 17, is a Lenten day on which we would normally abstain from eating meat. As a special day in our communities, Bishop has declared a dispensation from abstaining. Enjoy the corned beef, Irish stew and Shepherd’s Pie but be sure to read the dispensation at HERE. Please follow Bishop’s direction and abstain (or do a charitable work) another day.
