St. Francis of Assisi in Binghamton’s Creation Care Team, confirmation candidates and other members of the parish community recently participated in the annual Broome County Riverbank Cleanup organized by the Broome County Environmental Management Council. They spent the morning picking up trash at Schnurbusch Park, on the Susquehanna River in Conklin, as part of an effort to take meaningful action toward caring for the community and God’s creation.
