It was a beautiful autumn evening in Syracuse at the Oncenter where the Catholic Charities House of Providence awards were bestowed. Dr. Andrea Shaw of the Upstate Medical Center for International Health received the President’s Award, Evelyn Ingram of Wegmans received the Humanitarian Services award and Bishop Douglas J.
