During a recent episode of Catholic Conversations, the latest diocesan media initiative, Father Joe O’Connor spoke to host Joelle Zarnowski about the importance and benefits of the Sacrament of Reconciliation, especially during the Lenten season and the Jubilee Year.
He explains the significance of confession as a “return to the heart of the Father” and highlights the spiritual and relational benefits it can bring.
Father also provides guidance for those who may be hesitant or unsure about the confession process and encourages listeners to take advantage of the increased confession opportunities during Holy Week, namely, the “Light is On for You” campaign.
