Andrew Rabbia, a 2021 graduate of Bishop Grimes High School and currently a freshman at Clarkson College, was inducted as an Eagle Scout for Troop 203, Liverpool, on Oct. 10, 2021, at Blessed Sacrament School in Syracuse.
