DEWITT — Students at Holy Cross School in DeWitt had a “Dress Down Day” to raise money for Amaus Medical Services. Amaus Medical Services at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Syracuse is a walk-in interim primary care facility for persons who are without insurance and with limited access to health care. The doctors and staff there provide a compassionate system of health management for many common diseases as well as sick visits. Students presented Msgr. Neal Quartier, rector of the Cathedral, with a check for $500.
