Gene Fisch, a 1961 graduate and sports star at Sacred Heart Academy and a parishioner and usher at The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, will be a featured speaker in two upcoming events. Fisch is the author of two books, “All Love Comes Home” and the most recent, “To Have a Tomorrow.”
On Sunday, October 22 Fisch will join fellow authors Roxanne Boycyk and Karen Walczyk Prescott for a panel discussion on “The Strength of Polish Woman” from 12:30-2:30 p.m. at the Syracuse Polish Home, 915 Park Avenue, Syracuse. The
program is open to the public.
On Sunday, November 12 Fisch will be the featured speaker in the “Cathedral Conversations” series at 11 a.m. in the Gathering Space of the Cathedral. Fisch will speak to his motivation and journey in writing his two books, including selective readings. The session will be moderated by Cathedral parishioner Andrea Brown.
Both events are free and open to the public.
