FAYETTEVEILLE — Immaculate Conception School’s kindergarten class, led by teachers Maureen Pierret and Heather Cleary, celebrated their 100 days of school with some fun activities. The students were asked to bring 100 items that would fit in a plastic baggie, such as buttons, stickers, and pieces of cereal to name a few. They walked and counted 100 steps. They did math problems, counting different food items and 100 days trail mix (pictured at left with student Kyle Otis). They stacked up plastic cups to make a pyramid. They also did 10 exercises, like jumping and hopping. And for snacks they had cookies in the shape of the number 100. (Photo courtesy Caroline N. Agor-Calimlim)
