Bill and Kathy (Russell) Howell of Vestal will be celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary June 26, 2010. They were married in 1965 at St. Lawrence Church, Great Bend, Pa. Bill and Kathy have five daughters and 14 grandchildren. They are parishioners at Our Lady of Good Council Church in Endicott and are active members of the Knights of Columbus and the Columbiettes. Bill and Kathy are both retired from BASF Corporation in Mount Olive, N.J.
