UTICA — Notre Dame Elementary School in Utica recently dedicated its new rock wall.
With a grant from the American Heart Association and a donation from the Wenner/Schaaf family, physical-education teacher Bryan Koscinski purchased the wall for use during his class.
Notre Dame art teacher Deborah Delaney painted the wall’s mural, which depicts mountains and the school flag.
