Bishop Grimes will host the annual Academic Games on April 25 from 8 a.m to 2 p.m. The games are open to all Catholic school students in grades K-6. Application entries are due on March 27. The games were created with the purpose to help students develop self-esteem and dignity through excellence in academic/cultural achievement; interact and socialize with students from other Catholic schools; promote Catholic education; and have fun. Event categories include Math, Science, Drawing/Painting, Essay, Religion, Lego Robotics, Spelling, Music and Oratory. Contestants will compete on an individual basis and must be accompanied by an adult throughout the day.
