UTICA — Students in the Montessori Pre-K at Notre Dame Elementary School went to Munson William Proctor Institute to witness one of its teaching assistants become a Naturalized American Citizen. The class also had a chance to pose for a picture with New York Assemblyman Anthony Brindisi.
