A free, fun-filled nutrition and health expo for seniors will be held March 19 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the CNY Regional Market “F” Shed (indoors and heated), 2100 Park St., Syracuse.
The event will include exhibits, health screenings and massages; a “Savor the Flavor of Eating Right” presentation; continental breakfast; healthy cooking demonstrations; and T’ai Chi demos.
This event is sponsored by Onondaga Elders, Inc., in conjunction with the Onondaga County Department of Adult & Long Term Care Services, Office for Aging, Nutrition Services.
