SYRACUSE — The student council at Blessed Sacrament recently held a Dollar Dress-Down Day to raise funds to purchase holiday treats for children whose families are clients of the parish pantry. Student council members decorated the treat bags with holiday messages and filled the bags with the treats. These special bags were distributed at the parish pantry Christmas distribution Dec. 12.
