OSWEGO — Faith formation students from the parishes of Oswego County have collaborated on a unique art installation now on display at the Oswego Arts Center. Inspired by the practice of Visio Divina, the artwork explores, illustrates and teaches stories from the Gospel of Mark. Artists chose their media, which range from paintings to photography to sculpture and more.

“We wanted first and foremost to teach our children the Gospel,” said Diane Zeller, faith formation assistant at St. Paul’s Church. The project is also a way to reach parents and to evangelize in the community, she noted.

See the exhibit March 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and March 22 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
